Source, not an installed GPU environment

Unpacking or building the package does not itself access hardware. The reproduction guide identifies device-access commands. The small runtime smoke workflow uses generated inputs; reproducing the recorded full training run also requires its frozen corpus and seeded initialization.

Datasets, model weights, installed firmware blobs, device identities, private service configuration, and Git history are not included. Dependencies are obtained from their pinned upstream sources, with their own notices and terms.

The downloadable publication adds only LICENSE. The supplied SOURCE_MANIFEST.json and license-selection wording in THIRD_PARTY.md predate that addition; the original 427 files have not been rewritten. The site's loss graph and third-party product photos are separate from this source archive.

The handoff records 16 existing upstream ATOM signedness/pointer-signedness compiler warnings. Reported package-build checks and historical hardware tests are distinguished in VERIFICATION.md; publishing this site does not rerun the hardware experiments.
